PROCE55 EPR

PROCE55 EPR (Electronic Purchase Requisition) application is used to automate purchase requisition processes.

It optimally complements the functionality not covered by ERP systems (e.g. SAP). It also enables the ERP functionality which is not useable in its default implementation.

PROCE55 EPR provides a complete workflow for input, monitoring and management of purchase requisitions for materials or services. The application can be integrated with the SAP system on the level of organizational structures and material management.

After the requirement approval, PROCE55 can automatically call the appropriate SAP transactions to create a purchase requisition or to create a SAP purchase order.

PROCE55 EPR allows automatic sending of purchase orders created in SAP (SAP PO - Purchase Orders) to vendors via email or fax. To these PDF documents can be automatically (in line with the company's permission) attached signatures of authorized persons.

The PROCE55 EPR application is fully usable on PC and on mobile devices (e.g. tablets, smartphones).

PROCE55 Invoice

PROCE55 Invoice application is used to automate invoice approval processes.

It optimally complements the functionality not covered by ERP systems (e.g. SAP). It also enables the ERP functionality which is not useable in its default implementation.

PROCE55 EPR provides a complete workflow and document processing (including scanning, data extraction and verification), tracking invoices and managing of invoice approval processes. The application can be integrated with SAP on the level of organizational structures and material management.

After the invoice approval in the workflow process, in terms of materials and conditions, PROCE55 can post the invoice into SAP automatically. The payment is then usually managed using SAP.

The PROCE55 EPR application is fully usable on PC and on mobile devices (e.g. tablets, smartphones).

PROCE55 Inventory

PROCE55 Inventory is a mobile application used to automate inventory processes.

It optimally complements the functionality not covered by ERP systems (e.g. SAP). It also enables the ERP functionality which is not useable in its default implementation.

PROCE55 Inventory allows to load a list of assets from the ERP system and to make the inventory. Mobile devices used for the inventory processing can work without connecting to the ERP system, as well as without access to the network.

To optimize the inventory, assets are marked with barcode labels or RFID. The PROCE55 Inventory application can print barcode labels.
