Embraco uses PROCE55 Warehouse to visualize logistics processes - Milk-runs at the Spišská Nová Ves plant. Current status of the production supply, including the delivery accuracy evaluation and Kanban trains movements is shown in real time on large screens placed in the warehouse. The goal of the visualization is to increase supply accuracy and reduce errors.

East-Gate successfully tested the Chinese language localization as a part of the PROCE55 Manufacturing implementation at two Chinese factories of the Japanese concern TDK. It uses the default UTF-8 encoding. It works seamlessly with SAP.

After a successful implementation of PROCE55 Manufacturing at European plants (Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia) and Indonesia, the international electronics concern TDK decided to implement the solution also at two factories in the Chinese city of Zhuhai (Guangdong Province). Production-level launch is scheduled by the end of 2013. The solution will be online integrated with SAP.

Magna has launched a productive use of PROCE55 Workflow for approval of order requests for all materials (including manufacturing and support ones) and services at their Austrian and Slovak plants. The solution flexibly supports frequent changes in the ordering processes, organizational structures and workflow. It is fully integrated with SAP. All the data necessary for establishing of purchase requirement (materials, suppliers, etc.), advance payment (CO objects such as cost centers / contracts / projects) are automatically synchronized with SAP. After approval of order requirements, the corresponding order or delivery schedule is automatically created in SAP. Afterwards it is possible to monitor the evolution of these objects (i.e., from goods receipt to payment of invoices) using the new solution.

East-Gate released the functionality of native using of 2D / QR codes in the PROCE55 BPM solution. 2D / QR Code (Quick Response Code) is a two-dimensional bar code developed in Japan to satisfy the need for fast decoding. Most mobile phones and tablets with built-in cameras can decode QR codes and no other special device is needed to read it. This allows for extending of the business processes into areas where it was not previously possible due to the lack of technical equipment. Material tracking would be a good example of such an area.

East-Gate delivered a PROCE55 based mobile solution to support the material production inventories at Magna Austria. It covers a number of stores and materials, including work in progress and significantly increases the productivity in inventory. The solution significantly expands the standard possibilities provided by SAP by preliminary calculation and analysis of differences which allows making corrections before doing a standard inventory. The solution works in on-line mode with SAP and fully supports its standard inventory processes (both in material management and managed warehouse and production). The new solution has been used to carry out the year-end inventories at Magna during the turn of 2012 and 2013.

PROCE55 EPR (Electronic Purchase Requisition) solution for electronic entry and purchase orders approval was extended by functionality of automated sending of approved orders to suppliers. The first phase of the approval workflow cycle, which enables automated creation of purchase orders in SAP, was enhanced by automatic generating of documents - orders and their subsequent delivery. Relevant electronic signatures of authorized persons will be integrated in the process of document creating. There is also a possibility of SAP archive integration. Subsequently, the order is automatically sent to suppliers via fax or email server. The solution is used by Magna automotive concern and tested by TDK electronics concern at four production plants in Western Europe.

TDK plant in Berlin uses PROCE55 Maintenance for maintenance management since autumn 2012. The solution covers the area of preventive maintenance, notifications and elimination of unexpected failures for nearly 200 highly-sophisticated machines and production lines. PROCE55 Maintenance optimally plans utilization of maintenance capacity and records relevant incidents, including integration of outsourced maintenance. Comprehensively manages the maintenance of material consumption (including operational charges) and calibration of machines and instruments. PROCE55 Maintenance is on-line connected to the SAP ERP system.

East-Gate opened an office in Vienna through East-Gate Automation GmbH, which is responsible for business activities in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). In this region, East-Gate have been supplying projects to major customers for more than 5 years. The new subsidiary is in line with East-Gate's strategy to expand business activities in the region. East-Gate Automation GmbH is located at Sonnergasse 4/23, A-1120 Wien, Österreich and the managing director is Ivan Gallo.

East-Gate released the PROCE55 Supplier Portal as a preconfigured application. The solution allows electronic integration of suppliers without having to implement EDI. Orders, cancellations, deliveries, inventory and alerts are mutually communicated over the Internet, systematically recorded and evaluated. PROCE55 Supplier Portal supports Just-In-Time, Just-In-Sequence, electronic Kanban and Lean scenarios. The solution supports barcode label printing for subcontractors, helping to eliminate inaccuracy caused by paper-based processing and auxiliary applications such as Excel or e-mail.

In just 6 weeks, East-Gate delivered PROCE55 Warehouse system to a productive operation at Hyundai Dymos, which produces seats in JIT (Just-In-Sequence) schedule. At the same time, the customer's processes were so specific that no standard WMS software package could fulfill them without demanding and long-lasting programming. Here, the BPM technology agility used by PROCE55 was demonstrated.
Benefits were demonstrated immediately after implementation, when stock level was reduced by more than 50%. Hyundai Dymos uses SAP as their ERP system. The project was implemented in cooperation with the system integrator Ness.

After the successful deployment of the PROCE55 application for managed warehouses (WMS), based on barcodes and mobile devices at Mecom Humenné, the solution was also developed into the sister plant Mecom Lučenec.
Mecom is the largest Slovak meat processor and producer of meat products.
The application is integrated with weighing, packaging and dispatch systems, checks batches, consumption time and records process parameters of the production process and traceability. It helps to optimally manage the dispatch process specific to individual retail chains and their sales promotions.
The solution is implemented in cooperation with HT Solution and integrated with the eso/es ERP system.

Matador Automotive Vráble, a manufacturer of molded parts for the automotive industry, introduced the PROCE55 solution for online production confirmation. Nearly 1,000 operators confirm production from more than 100 presses, automatic welding machines and other production equipment through 35 confirmation points. The solution also includes printing of supplier labels and management of multi-level packaging of finished products. The solution is online integrated with the SAP system in order to perform booking of both finished products and operator performance. Among other things, Matador saved 3 work places in the production accounting office by using this solution.

In order to speed up and eliminate errors at goods receipt, East-Gate provided Embraco with a cloud application for printing supplier labels. The solution enables suppliers of Embraco to print and mark delivered material with barcodes. Warehouse workers at Embraco simply read these labels at goods receipt, and their receipt is automatically booked in PROCE55 Warehouse and SAP systems. At present, more than 50% of input materials are labeled in this way, there is no need to label the materials at receipt and Embraco saved the capacity of 1 warehouse worker. Embraco's goal is to reach the level of 85%.
