The PROCE55 MES system at Tawesco Automotive in 2 production plants in Úvaly and Letňany has been in productive operation since January 1, 2024.
Tawesco Automotive is a manufacturer of stamped and welded parts for automotive industry and is a part of the industrial group Promet Group.
The solution covers production management, recording downtimes and their causes, quality control, management of warehouse movements via PDA mobile devices. Operator panels communicate with operators in several languages. The solution is integrated with the SAP S/4HANA system.

For the Austrian hi-tech plant TDK Electronics in Deutschlandberg, East-Gate delivered WMS and MES extensions of the PROCE5 Manufacturing system. The solution integrates various automated warehouse systems, provides tool management, specific batch management and full traceability.
The solution is integrated with the SAP system.
The Japanese concern TDK Electronics is one of the largest manufacturers of electronic components in the world.

The PROCE55 OEE Mobile app was supplied by East-Gate for Rajo's management. The application shows the actual status of the production lines as well as the history of production events. The application extends the production monitoring solution from East-Gate.
The solution is used on iPhone and Android platforms.
Rajo is the largest Slovak dairy. It is part of the Meggle group.
East-Gate delivered to Sodecia (Matador Automotive) in Nitra with an extension of the MES system for production monitoring and confirmation PROCE55. The tool shop functionality supports tool repair processes.

Rajo decided to expand cooperation with East-Gate. A contract was concluded for the delivery of the maintenance management system PROCE55 Maintenance. In the first phase, inventory management will be implemented in managed spare parts stocks. Mobile devices will be used to manage material movements. The solution will be integrated with the SAP economic system.
Rajo is the largest Slovak milk producer. It is part of the Meggle group.

MES system for monitoring and production control PROCE55 is used by LB Plastics Nitra. East-Gate supplied a data collection solution from more than 70 injection molding and assembly lines that manages production cotrol, performance monitoring (including OEE) and traceability.
The main production portfolio of the plant is BiB packaging, plastic bags with a valve, suitable primarily for perishable liquids. Valves, as well as caps, connectors and adapters are produced in Nitra for other plants of the group as well as for end customers.
Liquibox is part of the American Sealed Air group, which bought the plant from DS Smith in 2020.

East-Gate signed a contract with Tawesco Kopřivnice for the supply of a system for production monitoring and confirmation from presses and welding robots. As part of the project, the PROCE55 MES system will collect data from machines, record downtime, causes of poor quality, and visualize production performance including OEE. The project also includes production confirmation and integration with the QAD ERP system.
TAWESCO is a major European supplier of pressed and welded parts. It is focused on focusing on press tools and welding fixtures, blanks and weldments mainly for the automotive industry, but also for agriculture and forestry.

The Danish plant of the NKT concern in Asnæs is another user of the PROCE55 MES system for production monitoring and confirmation.
The solution is integrated with the SAP system.
NKT in Asnæs manufactures power energy cables mainly for solar farms both at sea and on land.

East-Gate implements a production supply project with the Kanban system in the Hungarian Carrier plant in Jászárokszállás. Based on the material requirements from the production lines, the PROCE55 Warehouse WMS system generates the relevant warehouse orders. In the scope of the project is also replenishment. Stock movements are driven using PDA mobile devices.
WMS is integrated with the SAP system.

East-Gate supplied a mobile application for NKT to support external logistics partners who provide logistics in the Corridor project. Corridor includes 2 projects. The first is SuedOstLink - the world’s first large commercial 525 kV XLPE high-voltage DC 2GW transmission line and the second is SuedLink - the world’s longest HVDC underground power link. NKT is the main contractor of the project.
The key prerequisite for success is the timely delivery of the right materials for the implementation of these projects. It is also important to immediately document any damages and errors. Because of this, East-Gate has developed a mobile application for external logistics partners, on the PROCE55 Mobile technology, that ensures this.

After the successful implementation at the Beroun plant, East-Gate implemented the PROCE55 MES system at the Carrier plant in Mýto u Rokycan. The purpose of the project is paperless production control.
Carrier, a leading manufacturer of refrigeration equipment, manufactures custom commercial refrigeration equipment at the plant. The PROCE55 MES system covers paperless control of the production process - specific checklists of operations and products, multi-level check-off of operations (semi-finished and finished), reporting and recording of defects and reporting of downtimes, including automatic printing of relevant protocols, as well as the Andon system. This ensures full online control of the production process, full traceability, quality control and monitoring of production performance (including production in progress).
The solution is integrated with the SAP system.

In the German plant of NKT, in Cologne, the complete WMS system PROCE55 Warehouse from East-Gate was released into production. The solution is unique, especially in the control of batches of input materials. It also covers off-line inventory in warehouses that are not covered by WiFi. Inventory data collected by mobile devices are automatically synchronized after connecting to the network.

East-Gate supplied Raju with a system for checking the content of packaged products. A Cognex camera is used as a reading device. In case of non-compliance, the system automatically activates a warning light and an audiio siren. The solution is integrated with East-Gate's PROCE55 production confirmation system.

The project was implemented after the successful implementation of the solution in the German plant Cologne and the Czech plants Kladno and Velké Meziříčí.

The first users will be the Tawesco Automotive plants in Úvaly and Letňany, followed by Tawesco in Kopřivnice.

The system will be integrated with East-Gate's online production confirmation system and the SAP system.

East-Gate expanded the functionality of the Knowledge Database of the PROCE55 Maintenance system with Root Cause Analysis.
Depending on the status of the malfunction, different types of forms are filled out. The evidence and workflow starts with the initial identification of the malfunction by the operator or maintenance worker, continues through the determination of the actual cause of the malfunction to the determination of short-term and long-term measures to prevent malfunctions. It includes a report for monitoring the RCA status and process.
The first customer to use RCA PROCE55 Maintenance is NKT in Cologne in Germany. The customer thereby practically eliminated unfinished reports and achieved a positive impact on machine availability.

East-Gate supplied the extension of the PROCE55 Scheduling system for the sequential supply of production for the Miele production plant in Uničov, to control the sequence of supply carts (wagons) to eliminate operator errors.
Each wagon within the logistic train as well as individual positions within the wagons are marked with codes. The order of the wagons in the train is also recorded. This solution is also used in external warehouses. The system checks the correctness of the loaded material as well as the correctness of its removal to the relevant workplaces on the production lines.
Logistics workers use ProGlove scanners to speed up work.
