PROCE55 technology deployed in Magna is the foundation for “Just-In-Time” goods receipt and quality assurance according to the VDA quality management system standard.

The solution is used in two production plants in Graz (Austria). It is also used in the plant in Slovak Lozorno to control the just-in-sequence mode supply.

The system includes a stand-alone application for administering and archiving the component technical documentation (entire life cycle, schedule and cost monitoring). It also includes a stand-alone application for project administration, indirect materials administration and ordering (e.g. adhesives), work safety (e.g. fork lift truck accidents), test equipment planning and administration (e.g. compactors).

The solution is integrated with SAP system.
